BOTH Enjoy and Learn blissful Thai Yoga Massage sequences.
We will cover the fundamental principles and practices of Thai Yoga and learn how to perform specific sequences. Use your newly learned routine to help your friends and family find relief from stress and aches.
The method of Thai Yoga Massage, emphasizing efficiency in movement of the giver, works through energy lines to release tension and encourage healing.
• Learn a 45 minute sequence
• Practice listening with your head, heart and hands
• Handouts will be provided
Suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing. Partners not necessary.

Good body mechanics
A Thai yoga sequence incorporating seated, supine & prone positions (different sequences on Saturday & Sunday sessions)
Prerequisites: a desire to learn how to listen
Both days, $100 | By March 30, $70
Individual day, $50 | By March 30, $40
What to Bring? What to Wear? Do I need a Partner?
Bring water, a towel, and a pen for note-taking.
Wear comfortable clothing.
