Relax and Nurture Body Mind and Heart

Join us at this magnificent hilltop for time to align with nature and soak in the beauty of the season, an experience to unwind and connect.
 

We will welcome you to a mindful walking meditation in the midst of the beauty of the hills of Temecula. At the end of the walk, you will have an opportunity to bless this land with your own offering of a stone or your own small personal treasure. Then refresh ourselves at the meeting space and be guided through a slow deep flow and restorative yoga practice to gently move, stretch and completely relax body & mind, and awaken compassion and calm within. Afterwards, we will share a small meal and tea together and give ourselves time to digest as we lead you to the perfect place to watch the sun set upon our beloved land and participate in a drumming circle.

This time of retreat from everyday activities guarantees a feeling of connection with nature and compassion, and not only changes the way you respond to stress, it also leaves you feeling more at peace and sets the conditions for you to evolve and grow.

3:30pm - Guided walking meditation

4:00-5:00pm - Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

5:00pm - Meal together - Invocation by Carri

6:00pm - Sunset & drumming circle
